Across four continents and nearly two decades of practice, Esmeralda Antón López has explored the meeting point between psychology, art, education, and human movement. A former professional volleyball player and classically trained dancer, she embodies discipline, beauty, and precision, transforming the language of the body into emotional intelligence. Her journey across cultures shaped a philosophy where presence is learned through motion and refined through awareness.
As a psychologist, educator, and founder of Sanaa Ya, she developed The 5 Elements Formula® and The Emotional Thermometer®, frameworks that bridge Eastern and Western psychology, somatic intelligence, and timeless philosophy. Her work integrates analytical clarity with creative intuition, teaching others to think with depth, move with grace, and lead with coherence.
Known as The Sensei, she leads Sanaa Ya as a living system that evolves with those who enter it. Her approach restores the intelligence of the body and the artistry of the human spirit, reminding us that strength can be gentle, and that alignment — once embodied — becomes a way of life.
